One of the greatest values of our company is supporting those for whom it is difficult to find their place in the job market or those who want to improve their skills so that they could become more attractive employees.
As a result of this the concept of Social DPM appeared, Social DPM is not indifferent to creating the current job market. We want to help with dealing with unemployment, the lack of knowledge of young people who do not know how to go about in the job market or companies’ indifference to problems related to this phenomenon.
TOST -
Targi Organizacji Studenckich [The Trade Fairs of the Students’ Organisations] are organised by AEGEE Gliwice operating at Technical University of Gliwice
For the third time this year we have taken pleasure to take part in the trade fairs as "instructors-experts". Each time AEGEE entrusts us such a role in order to make students familiar with reality of the Polish job market, say how they can find themselves in this market, how to prepare application documents, what to do during studies to be attractive in the job market. The workshop classes are not only the experience for their participants. They are also a fascinating lesson for
DPM Sp. z o. o. showing in which direction young people go, what is most crucial to them, and which information in the job market they lack. We can use this information when creating subsequent social programmes.

Przystanek - Praca [Stop - Work] is a project whose initiator is Stowarzyszenie Komunikacji Społecznej RUBIKOM [Social Communication Association] in which
DPM Sp. z o. o. is a partner the fourth time.
The Programme "Przystanek Praca" is the first independent project whose main objective is to help students to prepare properly for the job market. The Programme is directed to those students who are preparing or currently are looking for a job, an internship or a probation. The main aim of the Programme is the education related to the "entry into the market" and the effective going about within the market. Subject to the project of
DPM Sp. z o. o. the training courses on skills which are indispensable in the job market are conducted (autopresentation, reality of the Polish job market, negotiations, teamwork, an interview, preparing application documents). Additionally, we invite to our office all people who would like to consult a psychologist - personal consultant individually. Such a meeting can help in the effective search for a job or in identifying possible mistakes made in the job market.

Office of Career Services
DPM Sp. z o. o. took over the substantial patronage of one of the concepts of a group of young people acting in the Forum Młodych association [Forum of the Young] in RIG [Regional Chamber of Commerce]. The group aims at establishing an Office of Career Services for students and young graduates who will be interested in having internships/probation in one of the membership companies of RIG or in any other institution/company which report such a need. The Office will be a mediator between students/graduates and a company/institution, making all necessary efforts for a suitable person to get to an appropriate place and become at the same time a valuable support for companies and a person who can learn a lot.
DPM Sp. z o. o. supports a group of the Office initiators, and jointly with the group prepares procedures of searching and recruiting the people interested. It also runs training courses whose main objective is to convey to the office founders the greatest amount of information related to the effective recruitment process, autopresentation, preparing application documents, etc. We hope that soon we will be able to be proud of the first results of the joint work.

PANEUROPA - is another student organisation making friends with
DPM Sp. z o. o. with which we willingly cooperate when doing different projects.
In this case we willingly share our knowledge and experience with students who are open to informal education, and, what is more, who are not indifferent to the reality surrounding them. We met Paneuropa when performing one of the projects: "Rozmowy Kontrolowane" ["Controlled talks"] and "W kobietach siła" ["The power in women"]. We are looking forward to successive joint activities.
