DPM Sp. z o. o. organises all-year-round free of charge internships for those people who want to obtain professional experience in the HR.


    What tasks do we set?

    For a minimum period of a month you will have an opportunity to cooperate with personal advisers and help them in conducting current projects beginning from the preselection and checking the documents, participating in interviews to helping in choosing best future employees. During the internship you will get to know what experts in this field pay attention to during interviews and the analysis of documents. You will get knowledge related to the tools used in the recruitment process and personal politics.

    If after finishing the internships you will not perform your professional plans in the field of HR you will surely have valuable knowledge and skills needed during an interview you will attend in future when applying for a job.

    If you are a student of the last years of your studies or you would like to obtain experience thinking about a future profession and you comply with the following conditions:

• You are a student/graduate of the faculty of social science, psychology, economics, or similar fields
• You are interested in the widely understood term of HR
• You speak English/German/French at the intermediate level
• You are available minimum 3 days a week
• You like performing tasks independently
• You are motivated to obtain experience
• You know how to use MS Office Package

    After having the internship each of you will be given a letter of recommendation which can be useful when you apply for a job or another internship/probation.
