The process of collecting information, creating a good assessment system and then its implementation runs smoothly when it is supported not only by the HR Division, the Board of Directors, Trade Unions but also by a company’s employees who should be aware of the benefits of a given system. Therefore, DPM Sp. z o. o. puts a special emphasis on the information campaign preceding the creation of a tool of Managing Human Resources.
DPM Sp. z o. o. uses the following methods in the process of creating and implementing a system of employees’ assessment:
- Determining basic requirements of an enterprise regarding the role which the system is to play and adjust its functioning to the Company's requirements.
- Conducting an information campaign regarding the project (e.g. a bulletin, leaflets, a meeting) for employees.
- Getting to know a description of job positions or building a uniform system of describing job positions including elements subject to assessment.
- Inquiries with employees.
- Inquiries with bosses.
- Designing a questionnaire and a sheet of a periodical employee's assessment
