The structure of competence profile in the company

    DPM always builds every model of competence on the basis of data that are characteristic for each firm, these are: key points of the branch, company's mission and strategy, specific of job positions that includes the given project. The main objective is to identify the key components that are a necessity in effective work on a given job position, not only resulting from the positions duties, but also the values that are a must for a firm and can generate the required employee attitude.
