    Monitoring both individual and group redundancies whose objective is to restructure a company and maintain at the same time a company’s good name in the eyes of its employees and other units.

    The advantage of implementing an outplacement procedure is to eliminate negative effects of employment reduction. The effects include: the increase in tensions and frustration both among dismissed employees and within a company. The risk of conflicts, strikes and the reduction in work efficiency is minimised. The risk of a situation when employees who are indispensable for a company leave is also limited.

    The adaptation programme includes preparation of plans related to retraining or improving professional qualifications, a contact with a specialised psychologist and individual support in implementing the planned professional reorientation
