According to our understanding recruitment is a process whose objective is to find a suitable employee for an employer, which means searching and attracting candidates. This process of attracting is the most difficult task for a recruiting person or company. A company has usually two options – conducting, so called, internal recruitment aiming at selecting candidates for a given job position among employees already working in this organisation or external recruitment when we look for candidates outside a company. Assesment Center
The Assessment Center (AC) Method enables the examination of an employee’s potential and their individual development possibilities. Thanks to this it is possible to effectively allocate human resources and optimally develop a company. A team of experts-assessors will prepare a specific set of tasks thanks to which it will be possible to select the best employees. The tasks are selected individually subject to a particular recruitment process and an employer's expectations towards a future employee.
Assessment Center - Integrated assessment
This is a complex method of multiple use, which can support both the selection of staff and the prediction concerning the effectiveness of managing. Additionally, it can constitute a tool supporting the development of human resources.
